February is National Snack Food Month and there is nothing we like better in our house than a good, healthy snack! I’ll admit…we are snackers. We love snacking at night after the kids go to bed and I snack throughout the day to keep my metabolism up as well. SO we really need a snack that is both healthy and tasty!
