Leading Tortilla Chip Maker Develops First Half Corn, Half Potato Chip
Inspired by a young member of the Garcia family, RW Garcia, the Northern California-based family-owned-and-operated leading maker of artisan and all-natural corn-based snacks, has introduced an entirely new kind of chip: Tortatos. Tortatos uniquely combine white corn and red potatoes in one chip, creating the first-ever half tortilla chip, half potato chip.
