Gluten-free, healthy snacks, chia and coconut were among the continuing trends spotted at Natural Products Expo East, which was held in Baltimore, Md., Sept. 25-28. The 28th annual expo featured 1,200 exhibitors, including 400 first-timers, and attracted more than 22,000 attendees.
